Registration

• Every patient who wishes to avail services at Medayu Hospitals and Clinics needs to be registered with us.
• The patient needs to carry his photo ID (e.g. Aadhar, PAN, Driving License etc.) for registration process.

Prepare for OPD Services

• Please report at appointment time.
• Be prepared with health complaints or queries you wish to ask to consultant.
• Kindly carry old medical records and current prescription.
• OPD charges are to be paid at Registration & Billing Desk before consultation/service.
• OPD consultation charges vary as per consultants.
• Follow-up consultation is valid for 3 months from the date of first consultation.
• OPD consultation charges are accepted in cash / digital payment.
